Picked up a 1959 Frankie endroller

I saw this one listed on Teletrade and had to have it. It is a MS-64 by PCGS so it will go in the registry set. I probably gave more then I should have for it. I paid $78 for it. I could care less. I filled another hole in the set.

you dont see many toned 59s. I looked at that one but it went too high for me.

It's nice to see a Frankie endroller with some other color than gray/black. Fun coin. Good going!

I was willing to go as high as $100 for this one even though it is only a MS64 for exactly that reason. Toner 1959s are pretty scarce. I figured I might as well jump on this endroller because it might be a very long time before another one comes along.

I agree. I will have to see what it looks like in hand but from the pics I am suprised it is only a 64 and not a 65. The reverse might be what held it back. I will just have to wait and see. Grade doesn't really matter to me though. I was after the toning.
