Gold Canadian Hologram (yr 2000...year of the dragon)

I have a friend who wants one of these for his wife.
Does anyone know of a reputable site/dealer to send him to?
He is looking at one on ebay so he gets an idea of it. He also showed me a site where the list price was $1200+ (US).
There is only .328oz of gold in there and it is a hologram coin....I can't imagine it being that much (comparitive ones, that aren't the dragon, seem to go for around $300 or so).
