1 cent double strike

I am from down the dial on the sports cards and memorabilia forum. I have what I believe is a 1980 1 cent double strike. It appears that the Lincoln Memorial is stamped on his bust in reverse. Is this something that can be sold raw or does it have to be graded and authenticated ? Thanks for your help.

Sorry to say, but it's not a double struck coin,
just simply glue on the surfaces, and another
    coin was pressed into it.......

That would be my guess as well. Remove the glue and repost if the reverse still shows
