What's the Longest You've Gone Without...

Seeing any poppage???
50 businees days as of today - and yes that INCLUDES the Nationals!!! Who says the Nationals do not count as business days??? Bull$hit! This is just an excuse to cover their own inadequacies. Where they open during those days? Yes. Did they conduct business during those days? Yes. Then those are business days!
Let's say all their graders call in sick tomorrow. Is that just not supposed to count as a business day? My membership expired last month and I have decided that I am not renewing it until they get their customer service issues worked out. The flier they sent me offering $10 off the renewal price doesn't work for me. Keep the flier - I'd rather pay them $20 more and get better service.
What really pi$$es me off and what PSA will not address is, WHY DON'T YOU OFFER FIRST IN / FIRST OUT SERVICE??? I don't expect to jump ahead of anybody else and don't mind waiting my turn even it takes 90 business days. But what bothers me is when I see other people’s grades pop that were logged in after mine. They just can't explain that and won't address the problem - yeah, keep avoiding the issue and it will go away (ha) - just like your customers.

Now that was funny!
I hear ya man. PSA has enough members that it is MHO that you will be only penalizing yourself. Unless there is a mass non renewal population, PSA will never change. Joe, are you reading this? Carol, where are ya? He puts up a very compelling argument, I hope you are listening and maybe consider taking action before that population of non renewals grows.

Unfortunately, most businesses do this once they get too big. They forget the reasons they became big in the first place, but just like ebay, unless someone comes up with plan "B", there will be no changes and until then, I will not renew my membership that I gave up 3 years ago.
now if just evreyone would do that!!!...
