Post Cereal Card Question

What is the appropriate amount of the black border that has to be showing to get a PSA grade? Does all the thickness of the line have to be evident or can the line be thinned as long as there is a black border all the way around the card? This may be a ask 10 different people and get 10 different answers question.
Any help would be appreciated.

This is from the grading standards:
In order for PSA to actually assign a grade to any of the cards that possess visible/defined borders on all four sides, evidence of that border must be present. If the cut exceeds the visible border for the card in question, PSA will encapsulate the card as "Authentic" only. If the card is severely undersized and suffers in overall eye-appeal, the graders may deem the card not suitable for authentication or reject the card as minimum sized altogether.
I keep this link on my screensaver because from time to time I have a question about PSA grading.

It's fairly easy actually, you must have black border showing around the entire card. Any portion of any side that has been cut inside this border gives you the "Authentic" grade or PSA 1 on the registry.
I have many examples of well cut cards as well as a few "Authentic" in my 1963 set with each card scanned, feel free to take a look.
