How exactly do they make these rankings?
The Saints are 19th, Bucs are 23rd. How? Bucs dominated the Saints (who have been terrible in both games) yet somehow the Saints are still ranked higher? The Eagles are 20th (ahead of the Bucs) despite being 0-2.
How are the Bears 6th? They've been godawful and would be 0-2 without Hester.
What an absolute random assortment.
