Population Report help!

Hi!

Does anyone have a population report handy to tell me what the population of 1872-CC $20 in VF30 or lower is?

I know that there are 243 slabbed (not counting crack-outs) with 2 slabbed at 60 with none finer. However, I'm staring at a VF30 on EBay trying to decide how likely it is that I'll see one again at that grade or lower. (I don't remember seeing anything lower than XF for several years.)

There are 28 graded VF, none lower.
