What's the deal with the TJ FDCC - Mint keeps pushing delivery date back

I just checked my subscription order for the Jefferson First Day Covers and the ship date keeps getting pushed back now it shows 10 units backordered. Expected to ship on 10/01/2007.
Anyone have a date any sooner than that??
