Be interesting if he has the resources to assemble another 'dream team' to get him off, or if he will actually serve time.

if he serves time, my guess is the Goldman family will have the resources to ensure OJ gets proper treatment behind bars, no matter how long or short his sentence.
<< <i><<It would depend on whether they really owned it or not. >>
Would it? I mean is it really okay for someone to just barge in to your place like that regardless of the ownership issue? We have laws so that people don't take matters into their own hands. >>
In most states, it's legal to tresspass on someone elses property in order to retreive your own property.
But it's not legal to do it with firearms, or to do it with threats like what seems to have happened according to the secret audio tape.
looking for low grade t205's psa 1-2
Caller: "Hey Juice, do you remember when you played for the 49'ers?"
OJ: "Yeah, I sure do."
Caller: "Did you kill Bill Walsh?"

If someone came barging into my house (without knocking) claiming anything they'd get a Louisville Slugger across the chops.
But we can't sidestep the real issue. Now O.J. cannot pursue the real killers! Wonder how he was doing with that?
This wasn't a case of retrieving your stuff on your own property, it was in a hotel room which someone else had rented. Secondly he admits on tape that these items were by his own admission secreted away from the Goldman's. By admitting this he brought into question whether or not he was the legal owner. His own words convicted him. Now whether the prosecutors went overboard on the charges, especially with his co-defendant is a matter for debate. After 13 years if he didn't realize he had to mind his P's & Q's then again he has no one but himself to blame.
