Shouldn't foreign collectors be buying US coins?

They can get alot more for their buck now.
I manage money. I earn money. I save money .
I give away money. I collect money.
I don’t love money . I do love the Lord God.

    They probably are not for the same reason we did not buy their coins years ago when the dollar was stronger. People tend to collect "their" own history.

    Except that America exports it's culture more than other countries do. Just think about jeans, music, etc. Of course there may be less interest in American culture recently.
