Can I still send in freebies after my susbscription expires?

I have the freebee form when I joined PSA, but I never used it and now my subscription expired. Can I still use it ?

    How old is it?

    The year before last, I sent it in and it was about 2 months past the date and they accepted it.

    They took one from me as well, but asked me to re-up.
