I got (part of) my Mint order today...

(1) 2007 American Eagle Silver Proof (for my 1st ever niece..... due on Nov. 19th) along with the 14 coin proof set.

(10) Bronze Liberty Medals (for me, for fun, to share... they were cheap)


This is my first ever Mint order: got the email & the package less than 24 hours apart!!

Not so impressed with the proof 14-coin set though.... Jefferson was the only decent presidential dollar - but he looks goofy on the nickel. And what's up with the Wyoming quarter? No detail at all... looks like a horse & rider used to be on the coin and got sheared off!!

(sorry for the blank page... I hit enter and wasn't in the white box I guess) I just finished looking over the bronze liberties.... I sure hope they do a better job on the gold than they did on these (glad I ordered 10 of these... only three were decent) - gouges, scratches, dings, and edge issues.

Washington had tobacco spit running down the entire obverse, Adams & Madison both had splotchy "frost" & Jefferson (other than being bland & lifeless with no detail at all) came through A-okay! The funny thing is the reverses all looked plenty good??
