Sony Cyber Shot 8.1 Mega Pixels. This is shot from hand with normal room light and stock lens. Im going to set up a photo stand for coins, any suggestion on lighting and a lens for shooting coins?

The clarity is mighty fine but the white balance looks off.

Look in your manual at White Balance and try another setting. If you're shooting in fluorescant lights, set the WB to fluorescant. Or even better try a custom white balance.

Or desaturate it a little to make it silver.

Otherwise, .........awesome.

Hope you don't mind. I desaturated it just a little to show you what I'm talking about. Of course I don't have the coin to look at to compare but you can adjust until you're comfortable it has the in hand look.
