Whats the the difference between the "ticket red" auto card and the regular "ticket" auto card ??

I am 99% sure that the "Ticket Red" cards are not auto'd and the regular "Ticket" cards are. In the price guide I have (it is a couple of years old) the Ticket Manning has a BV of $700 and the Ticket Red Manning has a BV of $40. I also have both versions of the Tavian Banks, one signed, one not and neither one are numbered.
