Favorite Set

For modern i would have to go with 2000 Yankees Legends Upper Deck for sentimental values. For Vintage you can't beat the T204 Ramley's.

You???

This is a tough one - but...

I'm working on the T3 and 63F BB sets - which cover preWar and postWar vintage.

And Topps Heritage - 2002 - the 53T design set.

A T3 set is will cost you a lot of coin in any condition. I know Stone has been working on that set for awhile and has done pretty well.

My favorite Prewar set is 1933 Goudey

    1950's - 1957

    1960's - 1965

    1970's - 1972

    1980's - 1980

    1990's - 1997 - Base set

    2000's - 2003 - Base set
  • Good call on the '65s. Great classic set.

I'll have to agree with the '72s, as well.

    1980 is a nice set.

Know nothing of anything after 1985.
  • 1987 Topps.

I know it's worthless, but c'mon, the faux wood finish reminds me of a dresser we once rented-to-own from Rent-A-Center.
Nolan Ryan & Edgar Martinez are my favorite players...
