Babe Ruth Cuts Card Question

What does a typical Babe Ruth Cuts card from Upper Deck sell for? I don't search very often, but I was under the impression it was somewhere from $8000-$10,000. I came across this auction, and was surprised it did not sell for the opening bid of $5,600. I know this is the cheapest I've ever seen. I collect mostly football, but would love to own a Ruth one day! Any input would be greatly appreciated.
