I enjoy the sarcasm and the violin....nice touches. But let's not hide the fact that the service levels blow. I just called customer service and was given the usual BS of no guarantee, at shows, etc. I told the rep. "I know you are the messenger, but are you aware that the service sucks?" The response: "Yes, sir I am."

I work in an industry that is service related and is judged by the turn times to receive that service. If I gave my customers the same BS line, I'd not have any for long.

After this is done, and I use up my free vouchers, this will be my last paid submission. I will also let Joe Orlando know how crappy the service end of his company is. Sad thing is.....he won't care and it won't matter.

That's your choice and we all understand your frustration. But as a customer, it's unrealistic to expect anything to happen differently for you than for the other 2,000 PSA customers. I mean you had to understand what the wait times were like before you sent in the submission, right?
