United Nations Stamps Effectively Demonetized

My understanding is that UN stamps are no longer valid for priority or express mail postage even if mailed at UN building. Value of mint stamps now probably 10% of face (or less) rather than 40% before this.

So, UN mail will use the country of origin's postage? I've never been able to enjoy UN stamps.
