I also responded to this. I think it's GREAT they're asking for our input , and everyone should respond to this with their opinions. This IS our chance to be heard on these issues. If we just " blow this off " we have no-one except ourselves to blame when things are just dictated to us.

I was impressed by the length of the questionnaire, obviously PCGS is serious about wanting our input. I also liked the ability to answer each question in depth rather than a "yes/no" or "multiple choice" approach.

I have a feeling that they are going to have a lot of reading to do...

I was very impressed by the survey questions. It was so long that I had to copy the e-mail into my browser first because just replying cut off half the questions. I was able to address most of the issues I had under the questions being asked. Now we'll just have to wait and see how long it takes them to read the responses and how they react to them.

In my opinion, heck yes. You pulled your sets because of dissatisfaction with the program. Your opinion as a potential future setholder is important.

I just spent an hour and a half on my response. Hope David, Rick, and BJ have lots of time to read the responses. It's great that they're asking for feedback. Everybody should definitely respond.
