Help Needed: Does anyone have any information on the follow card?

This a random eBay purchase that I made without knowing what I was actually getting. It is a 1995 Topps Finest League Leader Frank Thomas number 6 of 6, made of "solid bronze" with an acrylic overlay on the front. Does anyone have any information about this card's release or pricing information. I'd appreciate any input.

Beckett online is saying $15 in NM/MT and eBay value $3.99 er, uh oh wait, that's what you paid.
