Unless PCGS has made Satin coins SMS type coins, I don't think this is a true statement.

Very nice coin though.

You have the satin finish and the non satin this coin is 1 of only 3 known graded this high by PCGS
to have the Very best Reg set with all the top sacs this coin must be there.
