McNabb has never been and never will be an ideal West Coast offense quarterback. He can throw a long pass superbly many times but just doesn't have that "touch" on the ball needed for precision short passes. And he has the ultra annoying habit of too often holding on to the ball too long and taking sacks on third down when it then takes the team out of field goal range, instead of him just throwing the ball away. And none of that is going to change, especially since he is less mobile now.

He's still an excellent quarterback though despite the flaws, and the Eagles O-line is well known as one of the best in the league if not arguably the best. Bottom line is the O-line can give McNabb the protection needed to enable him to complete enough passes to win enough games, so that the Eagles can win a Super Bowl.
