help setting up a snipe bid on an auction

I have read on this board how people set up a snipe bid on auctions which i think is a good idea , can someone tell me how to do this so i can use it on auctions i would like to bid on

I like www.justsnipe.com, it is free if you only snipe five a week, otherwise unlimited snipes are $5/mo..
