New to PSA and the Set Registry

Hi everybody, I am very exited to be here on the PSA boards and be able to join the PSA set registry. I only have 4 cards added on the registry but I gotta start somewhere right? How am I doing so far, what do you guys and gals think? By the way, is it ok for me to add scans of the raw cards? I didn't get my shipment back from PSA but would like to temporarely add the raw card scans if possible. Is this against PSA rules or something? Thank you for your time and any thoughts are appreciated!

As far as posting scans to the boards, you need to get a hosting site like photobucket and upload your scans there and then transfer them over to your posts. Photobucket is free and many members use the site.
GL with your set, it looks like a bear, but you have some sweet grades already.
<< <i>Sports, welcome to the boards. I think to put an avatar above your name, you can go into profile (I think) and at the bottom of the page you can select one of the avatars. I believe once a month you can customize it to whatever you want (within reason, of course)

Thanks man, I think I figured out how to pick a picture or avatar lol. The scans were actualy for the PSA Set Registry not for the chat boards. I think I know how to add a picture/scan to these boards but I still can't figure out how to add the scans to my registry. Thanks for the complaments about the cards

When you go to edit your set, on the far right hand side I think there is a tab that allows you to search your hard drive and direct upload the images for new cards you add.
For cards that are already in your registry, you have to check the edit button on the far right hand side.

Hi and thank you for the help. I keep trying to add the scans to my set registry but it keeps saying image file cannot contain any of special characters? Whats does that mean? What am I doing wrong? Does anybody know what I can do? Thanks again

Hi and thanks but I really don't know what you mean, I am very bad with computers and don't know to much on how to work anything. I clicked on the Browse button then chose a scan from my pictures and when I click on Update Items it says image file cannot contain any of special characters. No clue what their talking about and don't really know what to do. Now i'm starting to wonder if maybe most people don't have any scans for their registries it is because its so hard to figure it out? I'm definetly having trouble and can't fdigure it out

You know its funny but I have no idea what you just said LOL. Its definetly not you, I have no idea about this kind of stuff. A friend just told me about some site called tinypi.com and I did it that way and then saved it to my computer and iut worked, finaly! But thank you so much for your help and thanks to everyone else as well. I added 3 scans out of the 4 cards because I can't seem to find the Mikan scans anywhere. I will be taking some nicer scans when they do arrive in their beautiful PSA 9 holders and hope everybody enjoys. I will try to add more cards pritty soon but I have to send more cards to be graded.
