Guess the grade - how will this print spot affect the grade?

Hey, here is a recent $5 purchase at an antique shop up the road...despite how the scan appears, the top left corner is just as sharp as the other 3. How will the print spot above the "U" in Pittsburgh and the print spot below the "S" in Pirates hurt the final grade? Is a 9 still possible? I haven't dealt with print spots that often so I am quite curious...

    Looks likes some print spots on his face is well.

    Agreed, 7 or 8.

    Okay, sorry about the confusion - the print spots on the surface are from the scanner and the corners are perfect. I think the centering is of 9 quality - my general question is if the two print spots in the black areas of the card will lower it to an 8 or 7.... I just kinda scanned the card in an old card saver II i had around to protect it so any dust isn't actually there. I'm just curious about those darn print spots and how, in everyone's past experiences, this downs the grade. Thanks,

    I hope it's not a 7 because of those and/or the rough cuts on each side. Not an expensive card anyways, I just thought it would be a cool shot at an 8 or 9 then later saw the print spots haha..... 7 it is probably

    The print dot probably won't knock it lower than an 8. I've even seen 9s on Ebay with the print dot in the team name areas. However with that touched upper left corner, I'd say it'd get no better than an 8.

    Sell me all your 6's and 7's that look like that.

    The card will get a 9 for sure

    It should get an 8. Print dots on almost all cards are pretty common. Nice centering helps a great deal. Top left corner looks like it has some very small touch to it but it could be the scan. Good luck with the grade.

    Card will get a 7 due to the edge chipping and top left corner.
