Registry Set Excellence

With the new addition of populations on the Registry sets, one can now easily see where collections are relative to "condition census" coins. Okay, take a look at the Legend collection under circulation strike Trade dollars and look at the significance of what this collection has accomplished:
1) In all dates, no finer PCGS coins exist.
2) For 13 dates out of 18 dates total, population 1 with no finer.
3) For the remainder of the dates (except 1) the population in the grade is less that 10 (typically 2 or 3)
4) I know from the pop reports that several of these are better by 1-2 grades than the next nearest coin.
Anyone know of any current or all-time bext collections that set themselves apart this far above the crowd? This is truely an numismatic accomplishment.

Collecting Dollars
At first it looked like there were only 17 PCGS slabbed proof Jeffersons that could upgrade my early proof Jeff set. Then I realized when it says "pop higher" that doesn't inlcude upgrades from Cam to DCAM. And my top coins have pops of 3 or 4 rather than 1. And it is likely to stay like that as I focus on type coins.
I think there are several sets that are hard to improve (proof franklins, HD's type sets, ...) I haven't noticed any that come close to those trade dolars though!
My bet is that when the set was weighted, the Finest Possible score wasn't updated. What an amazing set of dollars.

I, too wish more sets had pictures up - I sure love looking at great coins!
Of course, if I'd have bought it there's no way it would have crossed.
