I am a newbie here (first post) but have a chance to purchase 8 T206 cards for a very reasonable price. All in good condition.
Is it worth the price to have these graded if I'm going to sell them on eBay or do they sell just as good or close to it just as they are?

Depends on who they are, what is "good" condition exactly? If they are commons take a look on ebay and see what PSA grades of 2, 3 or 4 are selling in closed auctions.
