Put your URL in between the ][ brackets - that'll do the trick.

Start with going to the place you want to link to. Make sure if it's a password protected place that you are signed OUT.
Copy the URL in the browser, exactly when the page you want to show is showing.
Click on New Topic or Reply, whichever you're trying to do.
Above the box where you type your message is a small row of boxes. Click on the 5th one from the left, it says "http" and then shows a drawing of a chain link.
When you click that box a small box opens up. There should be a blue highlighted area saying "http:" or something similar. Right click on that box and hit "paste".
A new box will come up, in that box type what you want the link to say. for example, LINK or MY BUCKET or something like that.
Then you have a link. Continue with your message.
