Just the gist of the message. I received this email and my high school French from 30+ years ago tells me it is someone who wants to buy French gold but I'm not 100% sure.

Avez-vous des ¼ franc rares ?

I only collect 1/4 francs. I am looking to buy very high -- higher than at catalog prices -- 1/4 francs of Napoleon, Louis XVIII, Charles X and Louis Philippe, which I lack, at a minimum grade of TTB (which I think is equivalent to the U.S. AU).
