Autograph Authentication Question ?

If I have some autographed cards that already have the Psa/Dna certificate as being authentic, How much would Psa charge for putting them in a holder ??

These aren't holdered, These came with a Coa from Psa. I would think since the cards have already been authenicated by Psa that $5 bucks may be correct but I'm not sure.
