Just renewed My Platinum level subscription

My subscription was coming due in a few days. So, I wrote PCGS and asked if I could have 2 vouchers for 4 submissions vs 1 for 8 submissions..........here's their response.......

Thank you for contacting Customer Service. Unfortunately changing the voucher will not be possible. You will have to submit one voucher with all 8 coins.

I think that as a businessman it should be a no brainer that if your customer requests something within reason that you should acommadate.

If that is the typical response they give to their 'Platinum' level clients, i shudder to think of the response that 'silver' level clients would get to such a question. She may have called the cops on you.

I agree. Let's not forget that the 8 vouchers are not the economy tier (upto $300), but you can submit more expensive coins. I wish I could remember where I've put these 8 vouchers now.

Considering the postage and insurance costs (both ways) you're probably better off sending all 8 in together anyway. Just a thought... -Preussen

I agree there service is worth every penny. I was just testing the waters to see if I could get a split submission to do 4 every 6 months.

By the way Dimitri, If your looking for your 8 vouchers, the voucher comes on one piece of paper worth 8 submissions.
