Strike Doubling or Not on Sweden 50 Ore?

Looking through some bulk foreign lots, I found this 1950 50 Ore from Sweden that looked like it had some doubling on it. After looking closer, I'm thinking it's just strike doubling, but parts of the S and G in "SVERGIE" have me not 100% sure as I'm no variety expert.
What do you think? Just strike doubling on this?
