Psa entry order timeframe

I sent 2 orders to Psa in the same box that were received on September 5th. One of the orders is showing up in the system the other is not, is that normal? One of the submissions is a Tall-Boy special and the other was the $13.00 Psa Set Registry Special. Does one of them take longer to appear in the system? Please advise.

I think I would call and ask if there is a problem with one sub. If there is a problem with it, it goes onto the "problem" shelf and sits there until you call.

Just ask for customer service, they can find it and you can get the problem solved usually over the phone.

usually they just need some more $$$
