mislabeled from PSA

I have a couple cards that have been slabbed incorrectly. Some of you guys seem to have really good relationships with certain customer servicepeople at PSA. Is there someone you might suggest I talk to? A direct phone number or email address would be great. Thanks.

Really no need to call. Just print out a sub form, put "mechanical errors" at the top, list the cards and explain what has to be done. Send it in.

yup , that's it . you need to get it to them , they pay to send it back. i usually piggyback it on another sub , I jsut sent back a 68 brinkman yellow letter that was labeled white that way and did not contact anyone before hand. good luck

Just be sure that it is easy for them to notice the error. If its a rare card you will have to fight for it. I had a Favre 2005 Turkey Reb Cabinet slabbed as 2006. Why because that is what the copyright mark showed. I took it back at a show to show them the 2005 and 2006 versions. Each had 2006 copyrights but the text clearly indicated which year each was. I will look back at some of my old order slips and see if I can find the name of the spec. info guy that I dealt with on that one.

If they are easy to correct and explain then just send them in. If they are more detailed than simple things then you may want to copy a page out of one of the card bibles, that might explain why its a variation card. Also probably highlight it the issue on the card holder someway.

I hold on to any cards with errors and bring them with me to the National. They correct them and get them back to you free of charge.

Its free when you mail the cards to them too.

You only have to put out the shipping to them which will be comp'd in the form of a voucher or vouchers. Just save your po receipt and contact psa when you get your cards back.

Will they fix the labels on 1934-36 Diamond Stars for free? I have a bunch that have the incorrect year on them.

They have always fixed my cards whether they were from my own sub or ebay purchases so I dont see why not.
