What is the best way to contact Topps?

I bought a couple of retail boxes of Topps Chrome today all the Blue refractors I pulled are damaged on the lower left corner. I pulled a Peterson, Quinn and Peyton Manning of these so I am hoping Topps will replace them.

    Just hold on to the receipt of purchase and every empty package from the box. They have a customer service email. They'll get back to you within 24 hours typically.

    i have called topps numerous times about redemptions and have emailed them and they have never gotten back to me. so good luck from my point of view.

    While I've never had an issue with any company's customer service getting back to me, just in case, this is a copy and paste of the last email with instructions I received from Topps to replace a couple of missing cards.

    If you feel you did not receive the cards you were promised in this pack, please send 1) a letter of explanation, (2) copy of receipt from the store in which you purchased the cards, (3) pack wrappers and (4) proof of purchase (UPC code found on the bottom of the box) sent to the following address:

    Duryea, PA, 18642

    We will then review your issue and begin taking steps toward rectifying it. We hope this information is helpful to you.   • I emailed them will see what they say about the damaged cards issue. 7 of the 8 refractors had the same damage and were the only cards in both boxes damaged this way, so it has to be a factory issue. if they do nothing then these cards could become PSA monsters.

    there sould be a # on the back of the packs too,ive used that before 1-888--GO-TOPPS- is on back of A&G, im sure thats the same for all of them

  • Just heard back from them, that was fast..

    They want to know what cards were damaged and a description of the damage. They said they have had problems from thses cards when they were put in packs and are trying to replace all the damaged cards.

    So on the 10th I sent Topps an email to the address on this thread about a redemption card from last years finest football that I am still waiting on.

    I got this canned response.

    Well its 9 days later. They must either have only one person that can look into this or they have so many complaints that they are swamped.
