Al Davis not looking good health wise

Picture in the paper today showed Raiders fans clearing a way for Al Davis to enter the stadium yesterday with the use of a walker.
Overall he looked in pretty bad condition. Sad to see it.

As a die-hard Charger fan since 1972 (in other words a die-hard Raider Hater), I have never had any like or love for Al Davis. However, he is a Giant in NFL (and AFL) history, and it will be a sad day when he departs. I really do hate to say this, but I think a new owner is what the Raiders need at this point. Unfortunately, the only way that will happen is for Al to die, since he obviously has absolutely no intention of selling the team, or even relinquishing day-to-day control of it.

im 99% sure he is leaving the team to his daughter..and from what i hear she is a real _____... after he passes that is.
  • I'd have to think at this point with his health the way it is he doesn't have a hand in much of the day to day operations any longer.
