55B Fb wax question/ mixed series in same pack

I'm not a big wax pack guy. I recently opened a 55B Fb wax pack and noted 3 high # series cards in with the low #s.

One high # was creased(not the common 55B surface paper wrinkle).

Another o/c 90/10 l/r.

1st card obviously shot................ gum staining.
Last card bad back glue stain.
Another low # o/c 90/10 top/bottom.

I caught a seller scamming 62T BB packs at a show 20 years ago. He mixed the 1st and 3rd series when repacking them. I called him on it and he admitted it.

What experiences have you seen specifically with 55B Fb?? Scammer??????
