allen & ginter's billy butler rookie card

Hello,

Went to a local flea market this morning and got two Allen & Ginter's packs, got a black border mini Billy Butler rookie card in one of them. I'm a coin collector who knows very little about cards but bought the packs on a whim. My brother-in-law is into cards and said this one might be one of the harder to find ones. Any truth to his assesment? If so, is it worth sending in for certification? Thanks!

Nothing all that special, definitely not worth sending in for grading unless it's something you want to keep for yourself. Beckett has the high book value at $3.00.
