Were I to venture a guess, I'd say the low relief star.

Looks like a "Low Relief"
According to Krause:
<<Coins with high relief stars normaly exhibit a weak key and palm tree on the reverse.. Coins with the low relief stars tend to exhibit much more distinct lines running towards the center of the star.>>
