Anyone ever deal with masega1 on EBAY?

I was wondering if anyone has ever dealt with this guy?

I bought cards from him a few times in the past, and this last time, I have yet to receive the cards after a month. I am not sure what to expect, but it seems like he has gone off the radar. He has not responded to multiple emails, and still has not yet responded to the dispute I have opened with EBAY.

    Hi Rob...I have had the same problem with him. Bought two cards about a month ago and paid with paypal. The paypal went unclaimed so I sent him an email asking what to do. He said he changed his email address and it screwed up his account so he would get back to me on how to pay for cards. Never heard from him again despite several emails. I had bought stuff multiple times from him in the past with no problems.

    Thanks for letting me know I am not all alone here in having trouble with him.

    As I have mentioned, I have opened a dispute with EBAY, and he had yet to reply to that as well. I have yet to receive the cards, and he marked the auctions as payment received on 13 Aug 07.

    I am curious to see if anyone got any cards from him in the last month or so?

    Yes he is a GREAT seller and ships fast. I used to watch him snipe me when I was putting the 64 set together............He is a good seller .....

    I have thought he was a great seller as well. Up until this last time winning a couple of his auctions, I have NEVER had a problem with him.

    As I said up until now.

    Now, over a month ago now, I have won a couple auctions, paid for them, even gotten positive feedback and yet no cards. I have opened a dispute at EBAY, and even sent several emails. All to getting not a single reply.

    This is just getting so much better....lol

    I just requested the seller info from EBAY. The phone number and such.

    Of course when I tried to call the number it was not in service....lol

    ANy suggestions as to what can be done here?

    Wow, that sucks. I may have a phone number from him. I will see If I can hunt it down if you need it. I also purchased from him off of Ebay. I can't understand why he hasn't sent them.
