I can make out the denomination on the reverse, but it takes better eyes than mine to figure out the obverse. Apparently the seller doesn't know how to revise his listing, as he says (almost accurately) in a reply to someone's question that it is a Soviet 1 fun.

How come PCGS made a mistake...
DOes PCGS make mistakes like this? Maybe a misprint or a false name..

Not really often, but its quite a bit more likely to occur on an obscure world coin than on a US item.
