esnipe Bid Groups Problem

I got an email from eBay that said "It appears the password for your eBay account may have recently become compromised. As a result of this, we have reset your password and secret question." Anyway, I started using esnipe's Bid Group today for the first time and that is when the problem started. A rep at eBay said they have had problems with esnipe causing password problems before. Have any of you ever had such a problem? Do Bid Groups really work that if you win an auction with esnipe that the other auctions in the group are canceled? Thanks!
