Third Month

My third month of waiting for the June Special begins today. Is there a business reason PSA does not work first-in, first-out, for submissions in the same category? Failure to do that is my biggest complaint.

Same here - their business model is completely absurd, laughable from a business and/or common-sense standpoint. It is the main reason why I am not renewing my subscription until I receive my july order.
<< <i>You have to remember that it could be dependant on what was sent in not just when it was recieved. The specials are graded based on how busy they are. They could be getting alot of guaranteed service levels and thses get priority over specials. Not defending them, but you don't know the full circumstances. >>
sorry -- here you're wrong. There are literally hundreds of examples I've seen (and I'm usually the recipient) in which person A and person B's orders are graded in ridiculously different times for similar cards (no oddballs) under identical specials. The grading process (time-wise) is completely random.
Of course, the OP is not wanting his orders to be received before a higher service level. But doesn't it make sense to you not to touch a single July or August $5 special until all of June is completed?
<< <i>That is why I have never participated in the monthly specials unless it was a guaranteed delivery time >>
Which is what we are both saying -- the grading method for monthly specials is STUPID.
