    Where did she come from? I'm a Red Sox fan and listened to the Sox/Yankees game on XM, shes awful. Lived in Atlanta back when Sterling was doing Braves games, he's still pretty bad too. Great organization that deserves better announcers.

    I think she is from Boston actually. Anyone confirm this? She is gawd awful. I wish she would have stayed in Boston and been a Red Sox fan and announcer. They were probably smart enough not to hire her.

    She used to be passable. I think she's had some serious health issues the the last few yrs.

    It goes without saying, the NY Yankees radio broadcasters are the worst in baseball and Waldman is head, shoulders, chest, abdomen, waist, hips, thighs, knees, calf’s ankles and feet, above the second worst baseball radio broadcaster in professional sports. The sad part, I don’t even know who the second worst baseball radio broadcaster in professional sports is. Yea, she’s that bad.

    I can't stand listening to her, either, even back when she was on the FAN here in NY.

    Yes, I read that she grew up not too far from Fenway. I think she used to be a Red Sox fan. Red Sox Nation, PLEASE take her back! She moved to NYC and was in Broadway plays and musicals. I guess she switched to the Yankees because she realized it's the because she was tired of the Red Sox losing. Bucky Dent was the last straw I have been told. LOL

    She had breast Cancer several years ago but recovered.

    In 2007, she and Sterling signed contract extensions to continue as the Yankees' radio team through at least the 2011 season.


    And i thought Clemens was the Yankees worst signing of the year. image

    i hate listening to her even on highlights it's a long way from scooter/bill white and murcer and i hate the yanks
