Unopened Encapsulation Disclaimer
All items encapsulated in Global’s mylar sleeve material are not intended to be permanent. The malleable material used is designed to allow removal of the contents and is not intended for permanent storage. To avoid damage to the contents inside the holder avoid excessive exposure to light, temperature changes, shaking, moisture, compression and other extremes. Care must be used when removing items from the holder.

I thought they were permanent. Do I need to get them "serviced" every few years and re-holdered? lol

Is this just their way to say its not my fault in case of breakdown/problems in the future. Or is there something I should know?
