A few NEWPs...

Haven't posted any new pick-ups in a while, but have been so swamped with work lately that I haven't had much time to take pictures. Until tonight, that is. Nothing spectacular, unless you like early 19th Century Latin American coinage image ... I have another very exciting one coming from WWW, but I will say no more until it arrives (crossed the Canadian border in Vancouver over a week ago, but still hasn't gotten to Toronto.)

I'll start with some Mexican decimals - all 3 have pretty low mintage, so I picked 'em up when I was in Pittsburgh last weekend (plus at $15 a pop I still consider it a bargain):

1889 10 Centavos from Chihuahua (mintage: 114,770):

1898 20 Centavos from Guanajuato (mintage: 135,000):

1902 20 Centavos from Culiacan (mintage: 97,500):

Now, for Latin American coin lovers - South Peru 8 Reales from 1838 (Cuzco MS):
