2007 New Hampshire Coin & Currency Expo - ANA Classes

This year's Fifth Annual New Hampshire Coin & Currency Expo will be held at the Quality Inn and Wayfarer Convention center in Bedford, NH Friday October 5 through Sunday October 7. (Set up Oct. 4)

This year's show features 60-70 dealers from New England, NY, NJ, PA, MD, CA and MN.

There will be 2 guest speakers on Saturday as well as a Young Numismatist program sponsored by NENA (New England Numismatic Association) on Saturday from 10 AM to 12:30 PM. The agenda and topics of the guest speakers can be found on our web site.

The convention center is just south of Manchester NH and about 50 miles north of Boston. There is a free shuttle from the Manchester (MHT) airport to the hotel. A special room rate of $99/night ($109 double) has been secured at the host hotel until 9/14/07.

Also, once again the ANA will be offering a class in conjunction with the show...


Thurs & Fri, Oct 4-5, 2007 - Introduction to Counterfeit Detection of United States Coins

This intensive, hands-on seminar will focus on those items most often seen on the market today and will feature genuine and counterfeit specimens available for examination and study. There will also be ample opportunity for group discussion and one-on-one instruction.

Instructor: Lane J. Brunner, Ph.D.,ANA Summer Seminar Instructor.
Time: 9 AM to 5 PM Thursday and Friday
Tuituin: $445 with a $100 discount for ANA and NENA Members

  • The web site has been updated today, 9/15 with the latest list of dealers as well as a final list of all guest speakers on Saturday.

    There is also still space in the ANA class if anyone is interested.

    I like that show, not to many around here. I usually go to the 3rd week show in nashua. thanks for the reminder.
  • Still time to sign up for the ANA class, call on Monday!

    Also, as in past years, we allow anyone to set up for FREE on Sunday. We supply cases and lamps if you need them and you be "coin dealer" for a day.

  • Getting ready for the show on Thursday, should be a good dealer turn out, I'm sure there will be alot of activity on Friday.

  • Why doesn't the ANA offer any classes in conjuction with the Long Beach show? I'd consider getting a hotel room and staying for the duration if they did.

    Stay tuned...I bet this will happen soon. While on staff we started discussions with the Long Beach folks about educational courses.
