Help identifying coin/medal (pics inside)

This is a coin/medal that I have had since I was a little kid and have always liked a lot, but have no idea what it is. Any explanation would be greatly appriciated. Pics are attached.

I'll take a guess at the 145th anniversary of the Bynes Bank in Oslo.image

Edit to agree with the 145th

That's a nice high quality medal for the era. A lot of the later medals are struck only once.

  • This medal commemorates the 145th anniversary of "Oslo Sparebank" - a bank in Oslo, Norway. There is a denomination - "1 milliard" which I think is 1 billion - correct me if I'm wrong.

    Very neat medal.

  • Very neat medal. On reverse there is the picture of Akershus fortress, seen from the sea-side when you enter Oslo harbour. I'm not sure about the door on obverse, but I guess it is the door to the bank, which is situated about 100 meters from the castle. 1 milliard is 1billion, thats correct (unfortunately, this does not reflect the value of the medal....)
