Help - Baltimore Orioles Ticket Experts

I have a season ticket from the Baltimore Orioles on 9/11/01. It is Section VIP, Row 1, Seat 1. The ticket looks authentic and real, it appears to have been torn out of the season book. But the section, row, and seat look suspect. Did the Orioles print souvenir tickets for this game? I can't believe that they would have. I don't believe I have ever seen an Orioles 9/11 ticket before, and I am constantly looking on ebay. PSA graded it, and they usually catch reprinted tickets and postdated tickets.
