Am I to assume that if I have no plans on adding my cards to the set registry then I shouldn't use the monthly registry special? Does it matter?

    Does not matter, two seperate things.
    Collecting PSA graded Steve Young, Marcus Allen, Bret Saberhagen and 1980s Topps Cards.
    Raw: Tony Gonzalez (low #'d cards, and especially 1/1's) and Steve Young.
